Yes, for our Diploma and Associate Degree programs, clinical rotations are a required part of your coursework. These experiences are in place to help build your education and prepare you for the workforce by providing real life, hands-on experiences in healthcare settings such as hospitals, physician offices, and rehabilitation facilities.

Since our campus opened in Belleview, Taylor College has maintained an extremely low crime environment for our students, faculty and staff. We have security throughout the premises and make safety a main priority on our campus. For more details, please view our annual 2019 Annual Security Report.


Yes, Taylor College is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).

  • The Professional Nursing and Practical Nursing programs are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
  • The Physical Therapist Assistant program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Yes, we offer financial aid to all students who qualify including federal aid through the FAFSA application, scholarships and grants. For more information, please see the Financial Aid section for more specific information or contact our office at finaid@taylorcollege.edu.

Taylor College offers blended online courses that are a blend of on-campus class meetings and on-line. Please refer to the website, Student Resources, Student Catalog and download the Catalog and/or Catalog Addenda. The section for Program Description and Outlines listed the program you are interested in and which courses are offered as a blended format. Taylor College does not offer fully online courses or a fully online program at this time.

Unfortunately, none of our programs offer evening schedules. Currently, none of our programs can be completed in a part-time format.

Yes. Any student with previous college and/or university experience is able to complete an Application for Transfer of Credit form to see what applicable courses can be transferred to your program at Taylor College. Please review the college’s Transfer-In Policy.

Students requesting transfer of credits must submit official transcript(s) from all previously attended institutions to the Admissions Department for review at least 10 days prior to the start of the program. The School reserves the right to review transcripts for late-enrolling students after the 10 days but prior to the start of the program.

Financial Aid

To get started with your financial aid application, please go to the following site: www.fafsa.gov. When filling out the FAFSA application, please include the school code: OPE-ID# 041166.

As soon as you have completed your FAFSA application, it takes about 2-3 days for the government to process the application. It is processed within two weeks of being received at the school.

At this time we only offer Federal Direct Loans affiliated on the FAFSA. For more details, please visit our website and go to the Federal Aid page.

No, books are not able to be covered by Financial Aid. This is an out-of-pocket expense for students.

Yes, we are proud to offer several grants for our students. For a full list and details, please go to our Scholarships page.

No, outside loans will have no affiliations with our college. They are considered a student’s private loan.


The student portal is accessible via our Taylor College website. To log in, please visit our website and click on the myTaylor button in the top right corner of the homepage.

To access your Taylor College student email account, please visit our website and scroll to the bottom where there is a Student Email link.

After clicking on the Student Email link, click on “Can’t access your account?” This will lead you to a screen that allows you to reset your password.

Please send a email from a personal email account to Registrar@taylorcollege.edu. A temporary password will be supplied allowing access and password reset to your Taylor email account.

To receive your transcript, please visit our website and complete a Transcript Request Form. This can be found under the Current Students tab. Please note there is a $10.00 charge for all transcript requests, and payment is required prior to the transcript request being fulfilled. Transcripts will not be processed if there is a balance owed to the school.

Transcripts are made available approximately one week after the transcript request form and payment for the transcript has been received. Please note that transcripts will not be processed if there is a balance owed to the school.

Semester schedules including class times, room assignments and instructors may be viewed in your myTaylor portal. This button is found on the homepage in the top right corner.


In the last semester of our student’s program, your Program Director will speak with your class about the steps required to apply for the licensing exam. If a student would like more information about the licensure exams, please visit the following sites:

We encourage all our students to never stop investing in your education and continue to grow as much as possible in your professional life! Taylor College is a fully accredited school, so all of your courses successfully passed will provide you with college credits. As you look to attend other schools, please be aware that it is up to the institution in which you’ll be attending next as to what their transfer-in policy is and what credits they will or will not accept.
