For any Taylor College student requesting official documents from the College, we will gladly provide the necessary records being requested. Documents will be provided when a student has paid all of his or her financial obligations to the College.
Students must complete the Document Request Form and pay the required fee of $5 for each document being produced. This fee is charged to all students requesting a document from the College. The College reserves the right to withhold official documents from students under certain circumstances, such as having an outstanding financial obligation to the College.
The following items are available to be received by completing the Document Request Form:
- Admission Test Scores
- Background Check
- Student Personal Information (i.e., social security card, diploma, immunization record)
- Documents can only be mailed or picked up. Faxing documents is prohibited.
- Not all items may be available and/ or current. .

We will gladly provide transcripts to any student who has attended course(s) at Taylor College. Prior to receiving the transcripts, all students must have paid all their financial obligations to the College.
To request your transcripts, students must complete the Official Transcript Request Form and pay the required fee of $10 for each transcript or document being produced. This fee is charged to all students requesting an official transcript. The College reserves the right to withhold official transcripts from students under certain circumstances, such as having an outstanding financial obligation to the College.
NOTE: Transcripts can only be mailed or picked up in person. Faxing transcripts is prohibited.

Throughout the many years that Taylor College has been educating students, we have successfully graduated more than 2,500 students who leave here prepared to begin their career in the healthcare industry! We are extremely proud of the hard work and dedication our students show in classes, labs and clinicals, and look forward to celebrating their accomplishments at the College’s graduation ceremonies.
Graduations are designed to celebrate the event of completion of a program. Graduating classes will be notified of the graduation ceremony date and location by our Taylor College staff. At that time you will be able to register for the graduation event, and you’ll receive further information.
Students should make themselves aware of the graduation requirements listed below:
- Completion of program curriculum
- Achieve a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CPGA) of 2.5
- Fulfill all financial obligations to the College
