Verification

Students using Financial Aid may be selected for verification, what this means is that certain documentation must be turned in to verify that the correct information was entered onto the FAFSA. The Financial Aid Office will notify students if they have been selected. Below you will find information that will assist you in completing the verification process.

Transcript Request from the IRS
Students can request a transcript of their tax return by calling the IRS or by submitting the 4506-T form. Contact the IRS at 800-829-3676.
